InSight Design Research Intern

Throughout the summer I contributed to several interesting research projects. I was able to work on both generative and evaluative research including ethnographic interviews and usability testing for healthcare and commercial clients. I also assisted in data analysis and creating client opportunities grounded in user-centered research.

I helped prepare and organize generative and evaluative workshops for clients. I also created workshop reports of the workshop results could be passed along within the client organization.

Another project I took on was helping the research team incorporate more video of user research into their work.
